Safety: blocking and reporting

LonelyChat has zero tolerance for abusive behavior and objectionable content.

Block someone: open the conversation, tap the ••• menu in the top-right, and choose Block. You will no longer exchange messages with that person.
Report a conversation: open the conversation, tap •••, choose Report, and describe the problem. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team and acted on promptly.

Managing your account

Blocked users: see and unblock people under Settings → Blocked users.
Log out: Settings → Log out.
Delete your account: Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, conversations, and messages. This action cannot be undone.

Notifications

Push notifications are optional. The App works fully without them. You can change permission anytime in iOS Settings → Notifications → LonelyChat.

FAQ

I forgot my password. If you added an email address to your account, use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen to receive a reset link. Otherwise, email zhangtongwei@gmail.com for help recovering access.

Someone is harassing me. Block and report them as described above, and email us if you need further help.
